History

Known to his colleagues as Tom, Thomas Hans Mangold was born in Germany in 1952. Mr. Mangold has 28 years experience in the property management field. A graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, he began his career working the hotel management industry, transferring to real property management in the mid 1970's. Mr. Mangold obtained a California Real Estate Salesperson License in 1978, and his Real Estate Broker's License in 1981.

Mr. Mangold is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers)and the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. He continues to attend courses and seminars relating to the management of Real Property. An owner of several residential and commercial investment properties, Mr. Mangold understands the need to maximize the return on the investment while protecting and enhancing the asset value of the investment.
